Hi, I’m Dean Yeong, the author of Procrastination Workshop. I study successful people from wide range of background to uncover what make most successful entrepreneurs, bestselling writer, famous actors, and high-performing athletes stand out from the average and achieve success in their own term.

I apply and teach some lessons I learned to raise the bar on mastering the art of becoming better in many areas of (me and my students’) life – to live healthier, happier, and better.

I share most tips and critical thoughts on my personal blog for free and I created a few online courses to help more people to beat procrastination, master their habits, and regain self-confidence. I don’t have all the answer, but I’m happy to share whatever I learned along the journey so far.
